Kate Elkington

Kate Elkington is an abstract mixed media artist based in her hometown of Bristol. Influenced by Bristol’s vibrant street art and music scene, Kate’s brightly coloured artwork, full of bold shapes and textural expressive mark making, is her way of celebrating the beauty of human togetherness and visually communicating all the joyful emotions experienced when spending time with our loved ones. Many of her artworks are inspired by her experiences of clubbing and festivals, dancing, laughing and having fun with beloved friends and strangers alike, feeling emotions such as love, warmth and excitement. Kate’s hope is that her art makes people feel GOOD!
