Thanks for shopping at Upfest we hope you are happy with your purchase, however if you are not completely satisfied don’t worry you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt of the purchase.

To return and refund your item just follow the simple steps below

Delivery Address

Item ordered

To receive a refund your item must be

Unused and in the same condition you received it

Your item must be in the original packaging

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase

If you cancel your order we will refund the price you paid and any delivery costs you have paid

Refunds will be processed with 14 days of receiving the returned goods, or proof that the order has been returned.

We will refund the credit or debit card used by you to pay, you will be eligible for the cost of returning the goods to us.
