Wispa is a female U.K. street artist hailing from the south of the U.K. She has painted multiple countries including America, Germany, Portugal, Switzerland & Spain. She has painted at multiple paint festivals including Wall Games, and Cheltenham. This will be her first UpFest where she will be bringing her vibrant style, an energetic outline and characters to our paint festival
