NYC Eats

Native New Yorker Josh Carson, serves New York inspired street food that reminds him of home. After moving to the UK with his British wife, Josh couldn’t find a Philly Cheesesteak or the right kind of street dog. A move to
Bristol with its vibrant food scene prompted the idea of simply doing it himself, and so NYC-eats was born. Stop by for the ‘Coney Island’ hotdogs and Philly Cheesesteaks, or to try a chilli-cheese dog or a ‘Brooklyn’ – with sauerkraut and Reuben sauce. Using local producers and suppliers is something we’ve prioritised and it’s great to feel part of a growing food community.
