THE BUGS ARE COMING

THE BEAUTIFUL BUGS OF BEDMINSTER

Starting March 16th 2013 – Bug Trail and Competition>

Follow the BUG TRAIL through Bedminster’s high streets : The Parade, East Street, West Street, Canon Street, and North Street, searching out all 82 bugs painted by some of the Britain’s best artists alongside contributions from local schools and community groups.

Search out the Earwigs, Butterflies, Lady Birds, Stag Beatles, Caterpillars, Shield Bugs, Bed Bugs and a Bee, then upload your Bedminster Bug photos to Facebook for your chance to win a graffiti tutorial for you and three friends. Upload all 82 photos into an album on your page titled the Beautiful Bugs of Bedminster, then share the album onto the town team facebook. The first person to upload all 82 bugs will win the graffiti tutorial.

To kick off the start of the Bug Trail Upfest Gallery is proud to present The Beautiful Bugs - Artist Cut, a gallery show of replica bugs painted by the artists Adam Mclevey, Andy Council, Bandito, Bill Giles, Boswell, Bungle, Cage one, Cheba, Cheo, Copyright, Damo, Dave Bain, DinDIn, Dom W, Everly Dark, Felix, Gemma Compton, Hannah Rose, Ian walker, JK47, John Curtis, Lee Ellis, Loch Ness, Lokey, Luvm, Masai, Matti, Mr Jago, Nathaneal Draws, Nigel Oddy, Oli T, Paul Monsters, Rob Wass, Soker, SPQR, Squirl, Stae, Tim Ulewicz, Turroe, Unit91, Zase.

Gallery Launch Night- your chance to own a Beautiful Bug; Friday 15th March 7pm, at the Upfest Gallery North Street, Bristol.

Can’t find all the bugs then don’t worry a map will be available from local shops, the Upfest Gallery and online once the competition is won.
